Sauna Chromatherapy

Service Description

Sauna chromatherapy is the use of colored lights and heat to restore balance to the body. It can create especially soothing effects and help enhance mood. Some of its benefits include reduced swelling, decreased inflammation, pain relief, accelerate healing, increased range of motion, decreased muscle tension, improved circulation, mood regulation, and improved sleep pattern. This service includes a 30 minute sauna chromatherapy session with relaxing music followed by a complimentary shower.
